While in Miami coming back from a cruise, we decided to try Miami Grill, we don't have any near Orlando It was decent , It's a fast food. So fast food quality and fast food service, the crew members around 12pm 3/8 were courteous and polite, the location and atmosphere was not great.

I am regular customer and to keep coming back I am very disappointed with the sloppy workers this was the worst AND I WANT TO LEAVE 000 stars not 1star for anything service here sucks, the chicken on bread was so small and burnt over fried with old cooking oil , they Must Do Better time to call corporate 🤢🤮

The older woman who appeared to be working both windows on todays date around 1pm? VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Apparently she was upset because I originally ordered 2 grilled chicken pitas and when I got to the window I asked if she could cancel one. Fortunately it is my money and I have the option to adjust my order as I would like. Now, i’ve worked in fast food and I understand when people cancel items it can be frustrating. But to yell and talk about me with the window open? TO DANGLE MY FOOD OUT THE WINDOW LIKE IM A DOG? To walk away and slam the window in my face when asking if I can have ketchup? VERY UNNECESSARY AND DEGRADING. Older woman with what looks to be some sort of jerry curls in her hair. Maybe she needs some counseling because getting so upset over something so minor is the very reason she is working at a fast food restaurant at her age with probably nothing to loose. Let’s work on customer service at this location or some re-training? SMH.
