I feel that this should be a small frosty,they are giving us these medium frosties in a small cup,this is not considered a medium, something most definitely need to change

The worst service I've received so far in a Wendy's. It took 25 mins for my 4 for 4 order to come out and there was only two people in front of me. Not only that but a line started to form with no one stopping to take the register even with an employee there the whole time (it looked like she didn't even know what to do). And to top it off, my food was lower than room temp (you'd thing with all that time, I'd get at least HOT food). Never going back.
