I usually get there grilled chicken egg white sandwich on a English muffin or their burrito wrap wish they always seem to get wrong. I went this morning as I usually do after leaving the gym. I ordered both sandwiches but requested on the burrito wrap no cheese and no hash browns just grilled chicken and eggs. when I received the sandwich they gave me just a wrap with eggs so I went inside to have it corrected, but when I got home I noticed they added cheese to to the sandwich even though I requested no cheese. This is about the fourth time that this location has messed up my order. I threw out the sandwich that they made. Their staff need better training.

Came to dine in and although it was busy we were met with exceptional service. Especially thanks to Kira, she was great about checking in with customers and keeping the dining area clean. When I went up to ask for some take out bags she noticed that the Pick-Up Line was getting long and jumped in to help customers and clear the line.

Today was my first time using the mobile app and although it was very convenient, never again. My car was the 4th vehicle, and I assumed the cars ahead of me would receive their order prior to me. When car 3 received their order a few minutes before me I thought, wow, they have to wait. When Brielle, Brionna brought my food, I asked, do I have to wait here. She replied very rudely. I was shocked because usually that’s not the type of service you would receive from Chick fil a. Once the cars ahead of me left, I told her that I didn’t need the cup holder. She stood at my car with the cup holder inside of my vehicle. I replied, I don’t need the cup holder. She turned the cup holder around to let me know I had another drink. I asked her why didn’t you say something? If I would have stayed silent like she did we both would have been waiting. Little did she know, I was unaware of the number of drinks because I didn’t place the order.
