I’ve been a loyal customer, but I'm at my wits end with the inconsistent quality at this location. Every single order, whether dine-in, delivery, or takeout, has been a gamble with the sauce. One time it's perfect, the next it's an oily, mayo-tasting mess. The toast is another issue – sometimes drenched in oil, other times just right. This level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I love your chicken and banana pudding, and your location is convenient, but the lack of consistency is a major problem. The staff also needs improvement in terms of friendliness and hospitality. I hope someone from management sees this and takes immediate action. I’m eager to return once these issues are resolved.

Overall, wouldn’t go back, wouldn’t recommend & ABSOLUTELY OVERHYPED. First & last time for both of us. The service was super Quick, like too quick 👀. The sweet heat sauce and blackberry lemonade was 8/10. The food is over priced for no reason, the quantity and quality was very subpar. The naked chicken, fries & toast were super average; you could do better at home. The order with the breading & sauce was prepared so sloppily. The entire bottom of the container literally had a think layer of sauce covering it, which made everything (Fries, chicken & toast) SOGGY!

Very disappointed with the size of tenders felt like I got a kids meal wont be coming back . Paid more than $15 with a drink. It really comes down to the portion size.
