Today's experience, unlike what I'm used to in other places, WAS EXCEPTIONAL - Staff cleaning the customer area - Music - Order on time - Hot fries - Hot hamburger with exquisite meat. I worked for many years at McD Venezuela, I think it's all about details. I hope they can maintain that standard that the Brand always teaches you.

Last night was a nightmare had to drive back because half my order is missing when I get there I’m accused of being a liar and treated badly by someone who was supposed to be a manager didn’t even try to apologize instead made everything worse. Her name is Farrah if I’m not mistaken. Someone like her should not be a manager.

I had a terrible experience at McDonald’s today. The service was painfully slow. They leave me standing for 10 minutes at the cashier to place my order. The staff seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged customers. When I finally got someone to have the will and decency to attend me he was argumentative trying to justify he had a lot of orders to take care as if I wasn’t another customer. One of the guy even told me to use the kiosk because he was busy. To make matters worse, when he was preparing my order, he started throwing the stuff because he was already mad. The place wasn’t even clean—tables were dirty, and the floor was sticky. I’m wondering if this facility also forces seniors to use the kiosk, which obviously it’s not mandatory. Definitely not worth the visit. Avoid if you can.
