The food was fresh, easy to access, the attention a little slow but, no setback.The bathroom was clean and the establishment was also clean.

I have attempted to go to this location 2 separate times in the last 2 months. The first was to get a Hershey's pie that was advertised in the app for a reduced rate with points so I ordered it for drive through mobile pickup and when I arrived I had to wait in a line that took about 10 minutes to get to the window only to be told they didn't have any when I got to the window. When I asked for a manager so I could get my points back they told me I'd have to contact customer service. I did so and was refunded the points but I still wasn't able to get the item I requested. I was on my work lunch break so I had limited time. I went again today to get a small chicken nugget meal with honey mustard and a sweet tea. I was told at the speaker they were out of honey mustard so I removed it from the order. When I got to the window I was informed they were also out of sweet tea so I said just the nuggets and fries. The price of the meat is $5.02 after tax. They then attempted to charge me $6.38 for just the food, $1.36 MORE, which was ridiculous because it's not my fault they didn't have the drink I requested. When I brought this up they refused to return it to the original price which I was willing to pay despite the fact they didn't have the drink I requested and the employee at the window claimed she was trying to be respectful and said she didn't like my attitude. I was also on my work break with limited time for this attempt. I have had positive experiences at other Burger King locations but this specific location has been disappointing and I will not be returning. I will also recommend others to not attempt to go to this location. I gave my business to another restaurant.

If you don't see cars already in the drive through... be sure to request fresh hash browns or fries of its after breakfast! I think corporate should express the importance of fresh food items. I received some hash browns (rounds) that were so obviously old! Hard, Dry, Cold! I should have checked before driving off & getting home. Basically, wasted money on a medium hash brown! They were not edible! Employees should be trained NOT to send food like that out even if they have to tell you is going to be a wait! It's sucks that you must check your food thoroughly before pulling off because you can't trust restaurants anymore. I might be aging myself but to hand out old food like that was a no-no back in the day when I worked fast food!
