Recently, the service in the drive-thru has gone downhill. They expedite the orders quickly but keep screwing up the orders and forgetting to check the accuracy of the orders before handing them out, resulting in missing food items! I guess we must sit right there in the drive-thru lane and unpack all our items to make sure. I thought that was the responsibility of the person bagging it! Tell your managers to do better and get after their crew members to do a better job!!!!!

We've been coming over 2 years now. My son enjoy the indoor playground. I enjoy the convenient of ordering from table or their app. Good chicken sandwich, fast!

Went there for dinner tonight with my family. I asked for the whip cream on the side from my shake like I always do. I was told they don't think they're allowed to do that. I mentioned that's how I get it all the time and it's never an issue. I went back and forth with the girl taking our order about it. Which, by the way, I didn't appreciate her resting her tablet on my door the whole time risking scratching my paint. We get to the window and tried asking the guy for the whip cream on the side. At least he asked but was told no. I'm not sure what the big deal is to give me the whip cream on the side if I'm paying for it.
