We stopped for breakfast. Hot cakes were cold and coffee is just dark water without any flavor. The cash registers were covered in dust. I mentioned it to the manager and said it wasn't very appetizing so instead of thanking me for letting her know she sneered and walked away. The hand air dryer in the Bathroom was worse. I hope the kitchen is cleaner. Stay away from this one. Its branch 7813 at 1179 Malabar Rd NE Palm Bay Fl. And by the way the bottom of our coffee cups were full of coffee grinds. This place needs help!!

Placed a curbside pick up waited over 20 minutes. Went inside waited over 10 minutes till some one assisted me. Food had been sitting on back counter for God knows how long. Once I was assisted still took 5 more minutes for hash browns. Food was not hot just warm and drinks were watered down from all the ice melting and not correct.

This was a revisit due to forgotten items the previous Days prior.My visit was during the hrs of 6pm and 7:30 , atmosphere from employees was all hand on deck.upon closer observation one might say a few employees was not contributing to maximum efficiency or was dragging Ass. I observer and to be straight forward witness later finding out this one individual stood out by Far,Her acknowledgement of patrons was outstanding, acknowledging as well as expediting. This individual definitely has the mindset of providing a Great Experience,her Professionalism was admired and I'm sure is being mirrored. I had to Thank her ,Thank you once again,She holds the Position of Manager and that was by no mistake.I glanced at her name tag ,I most definitely wanted to give her the recognition she Earns . unfortunately I may butcher her Name ,to me She was nothing short From a strong ,and yes Pleasent on the nerves and certainly on my Eyes Boss. Aveenah Thank you and I know you will go Far in life not just with a solid Customer care provider and Business but as a individual cause this type of attitude does not get turned off. I most Definitely recommend visiting this location and if you are Able to see and witness this individual,know that she Works hard and care that you visited her location.Thank you .
