If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd choose -2.5 😂 imagine waiting at the window for 10 minutes just to receive a refund with a "yeah we aren't going to do business with you anymore" because I expected my fast food... At least faster than 10 minutes. Had I known I would wait 10 minutes on food, I would've gone to Habanero Grill and got real food. Malabar and Emerson McDonald's needs better management, or needs to be replaced with a better restaurant. In the time of writing this review, they called the cops and trespassed me for not receiving my food and complaining 😂😂😂

I haven’t been to McDonald’s since my last visit at this particular location six months ago, and I don’t plan on going back. I waited 35 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich and hash brown—at McDonald’s, of all places! When I politely asked about the delay, I was ridiculed instead of given an answer. Is this the new norm? Because if it is, I’ll just eat at home. The food was fine once I finally got it, but no sandwich is worth that wait or that attitude—especially at these prices. I can make the same meal in my air fryer in five minutes without the frustration. So, McDonald's is officially off my list.

I've been going to this McDonald's for years. And the service has always been excellent. Always clean staff is always nice and actually enjoying yourselves at work. One of the god managers that's their he's been there for over 15 years and he's definitely one of the reasons this McDonald's is so successful
