I just ordered takeout in the drive thru and the girl taking my order didn’t get my order right at all when she typed it into the system my friend ordered it for me bc I was sitting next to her. So it make sense to have her just tell the girl I don’t know her name unfortunately it happened a 1:00 pm if you want to check the cameras lol. She told her both of our separate orders and my friend said I WANT A NUMBER TWO. She wrote a number one and I didn’t know until I got at the window and got a regular chicken sandwhich when I tried to explain that to them they gave me attitude and told me to pull up while they fixed it. They gave me lettuce and tomatoes to put on top of the sandwhich they gave me. When they should have given me a remake. The poor girls at the front were so sweet. The blonde girl im guessing the team lead in the store just gave us a dirty look. My friend asked for another coke bc it was obviously flat and of course they gave us the same stuff because they didnt feel like actually fixing it lol. I’ve had lots of problems with this store before. The gm giving me dirty looks. Attitude from team leads who obviously don’t care they they messed up my order and always leave me hanging unsatisfied. I finally had enough of their tactics. You’re called chik fil a for a reason. To be the best fast food restaurant in the industry. For some reason youre acting just like everyone else.

This is my go-to for fast & yummy food—breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The team is always super friendly & the drive-thru is efficient, even when it’s packed. My order is always fresh, & they actually get it right (which is rare these days lol). Just an all-around solid spot when you need good food fast!

I ordered through the app thinking the service would be better due to chick fil a’s usually high standards but instead waited an hour just for the food to get here and i live 4 minutes away from the restaurant. If you give a time frame for the food to arrive in maybe actually stick to it and not be so late. And then there’s no way to give feedback on the app only by calling in, what’s up with that? $25 spent just to be disappointed…
