If i could give 0 stars, i would. Ordered a veggie burger the other day. Took a bite into my burger and felt something hard as i chewed, turns out there was a metal screw that came with my burger. When i called and then later showed up to the store, the manager was unapologetic, and probably showed the worst customer service i ever experienced. Barely said any words to me and only gave me a refund for the burger itself and not the entire meal. Will NOT be going back. Still awaiting a call from the owner, called corporate twice and still haven’t heard a thing from this stores owner. Very disgusted with how they’re running things here.

We normally don’t do Fast Food but Culver’s is a good place to go for a quick meal. Really like their butter burgers, they have a great blend ground beef that’s never been frozen and no fillers. The hamburger buns are lightly buttered which adds to the flavor. Fries are average nothing special fountain drinks are standard. Mrs J prefers the Cod sandwich is very tasty plus some delicious Wisconsin cheese curds. Service was good and the place was clean. We would repeat again.

Bro I order my burger and asked for no salt on my fries. She misheard me and asked if I wanted my bun. I told her yes and when I got my burger THERE WAS NO BUN. Bro how do yall mess up this badly bruh. I did get my fries unsalted though ig.
