Five Star Pizza

We love their pizza when it's made correctly, as ordered. Unfortunately, we've had several bad experiences in a row. Wrong toppings and/or they don't make the pizza with garlic crust (when ordered). We've received two "makeup pizzas" for their mistakes and they arrived made wrong as well. Best part is the makeup pizzas cost me a delivery fee plus I tip the driver, as people should, bringing my total to over $10. So they weren't free at all, were they? Sadly, we will no longer be a patron of their services.

** PLEASE LIKE & SHARE OUR REVIEWS. ** Wheelchair accessible with challenges due to narrow & small entry way (but don't let that stop ya!) We used to order Domino's.................could end the review right here. We loved domino's crew... but the lack of quality was noticed when we had 5 Star at a friend's house. They have a rewards program on their website, they offer speedy delivery & if they make an error, they more than make up for it. We went in for a pickup but it seemed the delivery guy took our weirdly crafted pizza (kid's choose bizarre toppings) & the employee Gabriella made sure a new pie was made and gifted us a side item. Had 2 kids in tow so I ended up visiting Winn Dixie til it was ready. All the staff consistently offer plates, napkins, & sauces. That is one thing we were not ever offered at the pizza chains. It is super thoughtful and much appreciated. They offer this each and every time. We love the cheese. We usually order extra cheese as one of out toppings. This shop is our go-to pizza shop. Highly recommend. Def checkout their online specials. Their pizzas are huge.

They usually never cut my pizza into squares when I specifically request it, which frustrates me. But nonetheless the pizza is not bad the taste is most consistent in comparison to the other local pizza companies around that deliver. Worth the money they charge for sure. Delivery drivers are always nice as well.
