The amount of grease that dropped off my quesadilla made it difficult to hold it. The Nacho fries were cold. I had to ask for my drink then ask for a straw and even though I asked for taco sauce at the window none was in my bag. I paid for cold grease and after waiting roughly sixteen minutes in the drive thru. The young lady at the window had a kind bubbly demeanor and was the only good experience I had today with the organization.

I got a late night Taco Bell craving so decided to go and pick up some food. I have to say I’ve never been more disappointed with Taco Bell. Usually, the food is fresh and at the very least warm, the food I got tonight was stale and cold. I got nacho fries, and the fries were stale, they tasted old not fresh. I also got a bean and cheese burrito, which is usually creamy warm and delicious. But tonight it tasted and looked like it had been sitting out on a counter for an hour. I also ordered a steak burrito, It didn’t turn out like it should have either.

Food was super greasy and old tasting. The crunchy tacos we ordered were so greasy and old that they were soggy and completely falling apart. Food was not made properly. We asked for mild sauce but they instead gave us Diablo sauce and when we went back to ask for mild sauce again since that's not what they gave us they were very rude to us.
