Big disappointment this place is on the way out .Extremely over priced I order an overpriced soda ($3.25) a plain double burger which was overcooked and dry and also some french fries which arrived cold. Total bill was over $18.00 Bathroom was a disaster. I've seen better bathrooms in gas stations . I will not be going back too many better options nearby like Flanigans $11.00 better burger w large drink and fries

Never have I felt more let down and unwelcome at a reputable establishment. I had arranged to meet a relative at the restaurant, with our children eagerly anticipating a meal together. However, upon arrival at 9:05 PM, we were met with signs indicating that dine-in service was not available after 9 PM. Despite ordering through the self-service kiosk and selecting the dine-in option, our food was packaged to go and slammed in front of us on the table. The trash bins were blocked off with trays, and condiments were unavailable. Everything was labeled with handwritten signs on napkins, most likely from employees all too eager to leave at 10 PM sharp. How is any of this acceptable? Where was the management? Where was the franchise owner? I am astounded that it has come to this. Clearer communication about the 9 PM dine-in cutoff is essential. We saw other patrons eating out of bags inside and outside in poorly lit areas, creating a dismal dining experience. In the future, when I crave BurgerFi, I will take my business to the Weston location.

This time our Vegi burgers were super crunchy like they had been burned. They should have made them over not given them to us burned. It was a to go order so we had to eat them like that.
