Some of the employees NOT ALL of them in the DRIVE THRU have a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE... the MANAGERS sometimes DO NOT ADDRESS THE ATTITUDES OR seem to condone the ATTITUDES of some of their employees..RONA IS FANTASTIC!!!!!! When she is there things seem to run very efficient and professionally I hope her professional and efficient attitude becomes contagious there... Salute to Rona

I ordered food. They gave me the wrong sandwich so I told them that I needed it changed. This turned into whispering and the employees looking at me and rude comments. I waited and waited for them to figure out something so simple. One of the employees came up to me and spoke to me in an unprofessional/rude manner. When I responded to him he started pointing his fingers all over the place at me and telling me off. He even put his hand up in my face. After I asked for a manager several times, a young man presented himself at the counter. He stood there and didn’t seem bothered while 3 of the employees raised their voice at me and made unprofessional remarks such as” you need to just leave”. There were two other customers there the entire time who were speaking up for me and saying how wrong the employees were for the way they were acting. The two customers even told the manager what happened and defended me and he didn’t show any concern. In tact he defended the unprofessional actions of the employees and blamed me. The manager even told the two customers to stay out of it and he refused to give me his name or the number to corporate. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I will be reaching out to corporate.
