Drive thu was empty that should have gave me a clue☹️My grilled nuggets turned out very salty and greasy fried nuggets instead and the waffle fries besides salty were tiny pieces of fries. Check the picture. 70% of the box was all tiny pieces 😒 never again pompano Chick-fil-A you ruined my craving 😡

Worst Chick-fil-A. I ordered a catering order and accidentally set the time to pick up for 10:30am (my fault). I called 4 times to change the order to 11:30am but no one answered. I left 2 messages for catering AND store manager. No calls back, nothing. I go to the store the next day to pick up the order and the sandwiches were cold and I was told to wait 5 minutes for new sandwiches. I waited 20 minutes for 7 sandwiches and in that time at least 30 customers were helped. Horrible experience, horrible service. Worst Chick-fil-A in south Florida.

I used to enjoy Chick fila, however the quality and service has gone down hill slowly. The little details I used to enjoy such as the employee saying sincerely " my pleasure", the employee reiterating your order back to you, the crispiness of the fries, and rarely getting the order incorrect. This location can't do anything about the new fry recipe but I hope they go back to the standards implemented previously.
