Avoid the Philly cheesesteak sub! Five months ago, I ordered one expecting provolone but got cheap white American cheese—and ended up puking because I’m lactose and certain cheeses causes that. Gave them another shot tonight, ordering the Philly Works with provolone. The manager said they had no provolone but used Swiss instead. Got home to find canned mushrooms and, once again, white American cheese. Couldn’t eat it—my pitbull did. Used to be cheap and great. Now it’s overpriced garbage.

This is the first time I’ve tried this place. The food tasted good but the customer service was the worst I’ve seen. The woman couldn’t understand anything that I said and wanted to order. I cut my order short because I was tired of trying to get them to understand. I really wanted a milk shake and was going to order it at the window. When I got up there they flung open the window, practically threw the food at me and then slammed the window shut and walked away. So no milkshake. I’ll never go back. You might want to do the same.

The women who work the drive thru, during the weekdays at this location, are so great! They always go above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I need for my togo order, from packing condiments they know I like, to ensuring I get the newest mural cup for my collection. They make me feel welcomed here, while ensuring every experience is efficient, accurate, & pleasant... which is very important, when I only have a short amount of time to come grab lunch on my break from work. They really make my day! :)
