I ordered a burger and fries via Uber eats, burger was made correctly and as ordered the fries were left over fries from the bottom. Seemed like they needed to make new fries but decided to give me what was left at the bottom. The curly fries weren’t even curly. Just dry. Next time please just make a new batch. Asked for cheese sauce and it was not filled up to the top of the container. Maybe about 1 pump of cheese sauce instead of it being filled to the top. To bad chic fil la is closed on Sundays.

Epic fail! Ordered the 5 for 5 on the app at 6:45 pm with a pickup time of 7:15 pm. Arrived at 7:19, walked in to find a family waiting at the register to order. There was no one behind the counter. I walked over to the area designated for the online orders. It was several minutes before an employee (barely moving at a snails pace) came out from the kitchen. She asked the family if they wanted to order, to which they responded, "Yes". She asked me if I was waiting for and online order, I responded, "Yes", and then she slowly moved back to the kitchen with no explanation to anyone. There was another employee, with no sense of urgency, working in the fry area. After 10 more minutes the family waiting at the register left without ordering. I would have left also, but I had already paid when I placed my order on the app. I finally asked what the hold up was to another employee that appeared from the drive thru area, and was told that they were overwhelmed by the amount of orders they had. My order that was supposed to be ready at 7:15 was handed to me at 7:42. When I got home and unwrapped 1 of the sandwiches, the bun was so burnt, I had to replace it with bread I had at home. All around a horrible experience. Arby's, you must do better!
