This is a second review and a better one as well! The last one once not bad, but today something caught my ear. I heard the manager whom I asked her name and is Lera... A beautiful name for a beautiful soul. I over heard here leaving and the positive way she spoke to her crew made me wanna apply and work with her. I will say it is refreshing to hear a manager tell her crew that they are superstars and did a fantastic job. It's nice to see such kindness in this less and less empathetic world 🌍. Good Job! Oh and because of that intro everything else became golden!

this is the worst Burger King location, or fast food in general. It doesn’t matter if you are the only person in the drive-through and no one is inside, they will make you wait at the first window ; which no one is at) while they make your food for 10 minutes. And then when you get to the window, the order will be wrong even though they confirmed it when you ordered. I can’t imagine the stress they would be under if they had the same volume as other fast food places. I go fairly often for breakfast as it’s right next to my job and I have never once had a ‘fast’ food experience.

This BK location is consistently terrible. Poor quality, long wait times, unprofessional staff 👎 I am sick and tired of trying to give this location a second, third, fourth, fifth chance! It's a total joke. Yesterday we were in the drive thru lane for 10 minutes waiting for the lady to even begin to take our order.. we left not even ordering. And placing an order inside store dining room is even worse! This BK location gives Burger King a bad name. And honestly even though it is the closest BK location to my home by several miles the BK corporate headquarters should just shut this location down. We ended up having lunch at Jimmy Johns and had zero waits or problems yesterday or any day. It's just sad.
