I try to avoid going here, but every once in awhile my bf wants to give it another chance. The staff quite obviously HATE their job, which is understandable. But I had to drive back through the drive through twice today bc they left parts of our order out. Don't bother ever asking for them to leave out condiments, you can ask them twice and they'll still lather that crap on. I'd love to say they were just busy, but not another customer in sight. Just never had a good experience. I'm not one to leave reviews either, almost feel bad but this location is the worst.

Edit: Got a call from I assume District Manager Amy who said they are trying to improve this location and offered to replace entire meal. Went back on Friday 3/7/25 & tld them tht my MIL was so disgusted with her fish sandwich that she wants nothing from Checkers anymore & wife wants nothing either so just asked them to give me the Double Bacon Philly & lrg fries & we can call it even. Whoever the lady was making the burgers arnd 5 pm knows what she is doing. The burger was awesome and even tho I was back after a complaint the young lady at the window was very helpful & friendly. Too bad these people can't be there all the time. The only good things about our order was my wife's Champ Burger & the fries and my wife said the Champ was just okay but was not the Champ we used to get in 1993 when we moved here. My Brisket Melt was supposed to be between 2 slices of toasted thick-cut Texas Toast but was between 2 slices of soggy untoasted at all slices of Texas Toast My MIL's Crispy Fish Sandwich had no tartar on it and a few measley pieces of lettuce and the bun was tissue thin. This used to be my go to Checkers but not after this visit. Also, I ordered off the website and it had none of the items that I could have ordered had I gone there. It had no wings, it didn't have the Philly burgers and I would like to be able to order the BLT Burger or the Honey BBQ Bacon Burger individually instead of having to buy 2 burgers at once.

My husband and I stopped by to get a late dinner. My husband ordered the Big Buford combo. I ordered the new Brisket Bosswich combo. The fries were hot. My burger was not cooked all the way. It was served on plain bread, not the toasted bread advertised. I was not impressed at all.
