Pulled up at 4:00pm ordered 2 big bufords, medium fries,& 1 American cheese burger.was told after a 5 min wait was told to pull over to parking spot after 10 min no food. Pulled back to window after seeing 3 cars pull out with bag's of food. The lady at the window then asked me to pull back in the parking spot I said no it was 4:25 she told me the burgers were not done yet. I told her I want my money back she told me that her manager had just went into the restroom after 10 minutes still no manager she finally came to me and said your food is ready would you rather have your food. After waiting 35 minutes I took the food what really gets me is that it is rush hour and they had no food prepped and ready to go I will never go here again the ironic thing is McDonald's was just next door.

The girl at window was extremely rude. This was our first experience at this location. We just moved to this neighborhood and love Checkers as we usual go to Checkers in Largo. We had to ask for sauce for our meals that came with nuggets. We got 4 nuggets in each meal. We had to ask for straws and the girl said they had no salt or pepper. She kept slamming window shut everytime she handed us something and we hadn’t received all our order. What fast food restaurant doesn’t have salt & pepper?
