Ordered food for a business meeting. The staff was courteous, helpful and very professional. Order was on time for pick up and they even helped me carry it to my car. Kudos to Charlton, she was so sweet.

I’m here almost weekly because my kids can’t get enough and love the indoor playground. The food is good and consistent, just like I can find at other CFA locations across the country. The service, however, is consistently slow and poor. It’s consistent enough that I feel the need to comment. The drive through is slow. The dine in service is also slow, and they like to leave drinks and frozen items on the counter and not bring them to the table with the rest of the food, sometimes for long enough that the frozen items melt. At least they tend to leave them where I can grab them myself, not that any of the half dozen employees behind the counter even notice. Getting drink refills is like pulling teeth. The employees seem to just be going through the motions, which wouldn’t be quite so irksome if you didn’t need to go through them for so many things. The indoor playground is nice and consistently clean. The dining area is also generally in good shape and tidy. Unless you have kids that want to take advantage of the indoor playground, I would go elsewhere. The other area CFAs are noticeably better in the service department.

Infrastructure doesn't come close to handling the demand. Parking lot is Atlanta city traffic. Employees are working hard but absolutely slammed. Ton of customers waiting. Owners need to help the employees and customers by expanding or opening a new location nearby. Love the food, and maybe it's just Saturdays, but dang am I really starting to hate coming here.
