THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY PUT IN YOUR BAG. I’ve been to this McDonald’s three times in the last four months every single time they get my order wrong. I don’t order anything crazy. I just don’t want cheese on my burgers. This is what I got tonight for the third time. IT EVEN HAS THE TAG ON IT. THAT SAYS NO AMERICAN CHEESE. really this is the last time. Don’t waste your money there unless you REALLY don’t care WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO EAT OR what’s inside your bag

At drive through was told to look at menu while I waited...I told her I'm ready when you are. I was on the outside lane. When she came back 13 minutes later She took 3 cars that pulled up after me on the inside lane. I asked her why? She said very Rudely " This is not a competition on who gets to the window first" Once I got to the food window my big Mac sauce was missing. I told her about it and she said you will have to pull around again to pay for it. I have never been charged for a big Mac sauce but I told her I'll give you $1 for it but I'm not pulling around again and waiting. At this point I had already been waiting 20+ minutes. When I paid she said cash only. I clearly seen the car in front pay with a card. I paid the cash. I asked her name she said 'Angela' Probably not true but I will be calling Corporate. This is unacceptable Customer. Service. This location always has something "Not right" it's getting out of Control here. They ought to do a secret shopper here in the middle of the night. If I was able to give a 0 I would....Oh I forgot to mention my large fry was only half filled.
