placed a mobile order at this location, got home and saw this at the bottom of my box (a piece of hair and a used pimple patch). i threw up everything i ate. i called the number connected to the location, the phone is not even connected. i called corporate and they only wanted to give me a $5 credit….. i asked for a full refund of my meal and was told if i wanted a refund i would need to wait 3-4 business days for a call from the stores management team. very unhelpful and unprofessional. will never eat here again. and if i come up sick i will be suing.

The employees are usually nice here. The issue is everything else. If it's not one thing, it's the other it seems at this location. The last 4 times I've stopped here I had to leave empty handed. One time the were out of nearly all the ingredients needed for most sandwiches, another time it was no ice along with a few missing ingredients for other menu items, not ordering enough of certain items seems to be the normal pattern here. Last time I drove off actually getting to fulfill an order it was disgusting! That brisket sandwich that's been advertised feels like you're chewing on leather, I would not recommend trying it. And then there's today, their card reader is down and unfortunately I wasn't carrying cash or at least enough to cover the bill. Just disappointing.

Went once last week and they was out of so much stuff, so I left. Just went today at 4:57 pm and they talking about they closed for 20 mins. Definitely will never be back, poor management. The brand has definitely went down over the years.
