I just want to take a min to recognize all the employees at the location. My husband and I decided to go here about a month ago and I was baffled at how polite and kind the employees were. I thanked them for being so courteous. The food was fresh and hot. Fast forward to tonight we door dashed checkers and the manager called me personally to let me know they didn't have the drinks we wanted and asked what we would like instead, he was friendly, had amazing manners. Thank yall!! If any of you see this, I appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

The food isn't worth the cheaper price. The only saving grace were the fries. Unfortunately, you can taste when something has been refried for their convenience, versus fresh. The Lake Bradford location is the worst. The employees are great, though.

First off, I'm a huge Checkers fan. I don't even really eat fast food, but Checkers is a worthy occasional exception. The last time I went, however, was to this location. After the girl took my order (but before paying), I was told the shake machine wasn't working. Suspicious, but ok. So I ordered a different drink, and figured I'd grab an apple pie to satisfy my sweet tooth. The girl at the window said I was in luck as it was the last one! I paid, took my food, and went home - only to discover that I had been charged for the shake AND the pie, but received neither. I told Checkers about this experience through the QR code on my receipt, but didn't hear anything back from them. So now my impression of Checkers as a whole has been tarnished, and I don't think I'll be going back. EDIT: Checkers responded to this review as if they were going to try to rectify the situation, but they just wasted more of my time - 2 months later, and nothing back from them still.
