This review has more to do with the interview process and lack of communication. My son who is 16 applied to this location but told to interview at the Tennessee street a few weeks ago. He even managed to move up the time at their request. My son’s interview was rather short and fast and he was told he would receive an answer that Friday. When he didn’t hear back he called the Tennessee location and was told he would get an answer that next day. Never got a response.

This Chick-fil-A is CONSISTENTLY the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. The food takes forever, the biscuits aren’t cooked all of the way, the breakfast burritos tortilla is almost always rock hard, and the customer service is awful. I’ve always ordered my chicken well done on a Chick-fil-A sandwich because I like it crispy. Apparently this Chick-fil-A refuses to cook a chicken patty extra? My order is consistently incorrect or missing key items. This location is a joke.

Normally my food is made fast, so fast it is already ready usually by the time i'm there to pick up. I took one star because of the lack of friendliness by some of the younger generation female staff seem to be rather smug, also my fries have been filled halfway before. Other than that I highly recommend this location. My favorite is the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and the filet is hot and crispy every single time i've been there. The filet is hanging out the sides and it usually fills me up no problem for lunch and I have a pretty hefty appetite. Love that the playground is open again for my daughter!
