I had to wait on the new cheese filled food. Not sure of the name. Mines were empty. The one that had food in it I could tell what it was or if it had chees in it. I ate my burger pretty fast and I was so hungry it wasn't till the last few bits I thought this doesn't taste right and all I could taste was onions and bread. I pulled the remaining bun off and it looked as it was guacamole on my burger. The cheese was not yellow. The onions looked old. I am convinced they are serving old food from the storm.

They have bad attitudes I told them I wanted a loaded fries and a couple of more things but when I got my bag and rode down the street and checked it All my loaded fries slid out the checker box and spilled on everyone food then the bag melted with the oils and bag busted! I went back to complain and manager said she thinks we did that and where is the rest of food😒🤔it spilled over it lady! They are ready to argue and this place has no manners at all Quality of people that they hire or below budget!

placed a mobile order, and when i pulled up to the window, nobody came over to me for 5+ minutes. i also didn’t see/hear anyone, so i thought maybe they were closed. i called the store, but nobody answered, so i tried just calling out “hello? is anyone there?” to see if anyone would answer. eventually, someone came up to the window looking annoyed, and i said i had a mobile order; apologized for yelling to them but said i had been waiting for a while and didn’t know if anyone was there. she didn’t respond to me, and turned around to make fun of me to her co worker. i did end up getting my food (which is probably cold now because it had been sitting there the whole time) but that was wild.
