I Pull up to the drive thru. I was asked to proceed with my order, I placed my order the 5 piece wings,and the two Checker burger but I made it into a meal. She gave me my total 17.00 I pull up to the window. and ask them to take the wings off not sure if she was the mgr.but she was very professional she communicated to the crew. not to drop the wings anyway The Service was fast. the food was hot !! and fresh!! I will return Thanks .

Checkers is a favorite visit when we come to Florida, but a disappointing visit has happened. Drive thru order with AI experience. 1st ever encounter with AI drive thru, which did not get order correct. The overpriced receipt was noticed about 5 miles down the freeway, so we couldn't turn around. Tried calling the store but no answer. Went to the website to contact HQ of issues and just got a call center rep to take details. Was told we'd get a follow up call from HQ in 3-4 business days. That hasn't happened either. Overall, we were overcharged and didn't even get the items the AI added to our order. Not impressed with the AI or the HQ team.

12 dollars for the baconater combo....where's the bacon? This makes me sad. People were nice here, but after I left and took a bite, I opened the sandwich to become disappointed.
