Waited in curbside pickup area for several minutes after tapping “I’m here” on email. Called the store and they said they’d be right out. When we received the order, we noticed they were short one of the kids meals we paid for and had to go inside. When I informed the gentleman behind the counter that we were missing the meal, he simply handed me a bag on the counter and said “here”… no apology, nothing…. When we arrived home, 2 of the sandwiches were made incorrectly.

There’s nothing special about this place. There’s outdoor seating available and the place was overall clean. The service here was quick and friendly, and took care of us. We got ice cream here, and my Oreo Ice Cream has good texture and flavor, enjoyed it a lot. There’s many other flavors of ice cream here, so be free to take a carton home! Overall, Culver’s is a good place for Ice Cream.

I am leaving this review because i visited Thursday night maybe an hour before close Connor was working the window and gave me good energy and experience. After a long day you appreciate service with a smile and attention to detail I frequent this location often food is good and orders are always made accurately. Also a plus that they have a gluten free bun.
