My family enjoys the food, but seeing the inside of the restaurant makes you not want anything. There’s a heavyset guy that EVERYTIME I go in there he’s never wearing gloves and he goes back and forth from making food to the register. Please invest some money into fixing the inside, looks like it’s falling apart.

On 01/02/2025 I went here, pulling in to this location it looked really dumpy, but took a chance anyway. It was a very bad decision. I ordered 6 double cheeseburger with no mustard, no pickles, I only received 5 with mustard and pickles. I also ordered 12 cheeseburgers with no mustard, I got 12 with mustard. We went through the drive thru and it took approximately 22 minutes to get all our food, with the gentlemen having to go back in 3 times. Never again.

I havent been to Krystals in years. So today I stopped by to get lunch on the go. I walked in and used thier restroom it was disgustingly dirty. Then I walked up to place my order. The lady was decent enough kind of rude some. Barely acknowledged me..but there were only about 3 people working so they were rushed. However I was super hungry so I ordered the #1 4 hamburger sliders fries and a drink. Cost me $12 & some change. Got out to my car to eat and when I pulled that slider out I was immediately disgusted. The bread was sopping wet & soggy. The meat looked funky. To me it doesn't look like real beef. It was just absolutely gross !! The meat stuff was Grey and it stained the bread Grey. I was so upset I threw the sliders away. So I basically paid $12 for some fries and a cold drink today. I didn't have time to go back in and get a refund but they never ever have to worry about me going there again. I'm 57 years old and in my entire life I have never been more disgusted with a fast food chains food. Do better. If it isn't real beef you need to make it known to your customer's. Hire more people to help. That stuff on them sliders looked boiled. Who wants boiled meat on a soggy bun🤮 Also Don't bother to tell me how sorry you guys are for my experience you won't change a thing about your stores situation that much is clear from some of the reviews that I've read.
