The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was chain quality. The ice cream machine was actually working here. They are frequently inoperable at other McDonald’s we have visited. Restaurant was relatively clean. Parking lot is relatively large. However, many of the spaces were reserved for food couriers. The drinks are not self service, but they did refills at the counter.

Olga the manager was so accommodating, friendly and nice! My McGriddle wasn't cooked well enough for my taste. The tea was watery. I went back and she made things right. The McGriddle was cooked perfectly! She understood exactly what I was talking about. I appreciate her for going above and beyond to make things right. Thank you so much Olga! I really enjoyed my breakfast!

We brought (2) orders of food. And both orders were incorrect, fries old and cold and wrong size. Burgers were cold and the condiments were incorrect on both burgers, sandies were the wrong flavor and to finish both sodas were requested with no ice, but our sodas were completely filled to the top with ice. I have come to this McDonald three times and every time the same issue, by no chance has to be the worst McDonald’s in the entire USA. In my life I have not been to the worst fast food restaurant until now.
