Got a big Mac, pulled off the bun, totally disgusting, glass of tea, things floating in it and tasted rotten, nothing but nasty attitude employees that didn't want to help, even when we came in, had to wait 15 minutes to get way overpriced fast food. Texas roadhouse is cheaper, stay away from this ghetto run dump

Just came here for a quick pit stop on my way through town. There were no employees at the cash register, so I ordered a regular hot coffee at the kiosk and paid there. It was taking a weirdly long time, so I waved somebody over to ask about it. Was told "Oh. Somebody probably forgot." and the employee wandered off— presumably to find out where it was? I waited several more minutes until I realized he wasn't coming back, then gave up and left without the coffee I paid for. All the good I can really say is that it was pretty clean.

Never in my life have I seen such chaos. There’s no way these people are using the systems and processes that are supposed to be used. For the entire 45 minutes I was in the parking lot 100% of drive through customers were asked to go and park. 1/2 the employees were trying to figure out what meal went to what car.
