Several items were mixed up in the order when I approached the cashier and asked to change it. The girl took the order and walked past me three times and didn't even pay attention, only after the fourth time she deigned to come up to change the order. And even in this case I still managed to get it mixed up.

Amazing, patient staff. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Great food and options. My wife had an hour-long work meeting in the car and needed some privacy, so I took my two sons, 4 and 5, into the building. My youngest had just puked everywhere in the car from being motion sick, and everyone working was friendly, said hi, and was just extremely pleasant. How insanely refreshing!

Over 30 minutes waiting on food. Had to wait 20 minutes at the speaker just to be told they are only taking cash which is fine because I have cash for once. But the fact I wasn't given a receipt, I'm sitting in front of their building waiting on 4 sandwiches is crazy. I am so disappointed in this place. Supervisors need to get involved this is truly rediculous
