We waited for 35 min before being served. They may have been understaffed. When we were able to order the staff were friendly and nice and the food came quickly

I had the most entertaining and wonderful service today, all thanks to Xavier! Normally, I lean towards healthier options over fast food, but for some reason, I was craving a slushie—of all things! 🤣 I stopped by with my nephew and brother for a quick visit, and let me tell you… Xavier made the experience truly exceptional. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, making what could have been a simple stop feel like a highlight of the day. If you’re ever at this Sonic, I highly recommend looking out for Xavier—his customer service is unmatched!

It was my families first time going to a Sonic. We were expecting the same kind of reaction and treatment, you’d get from any other fast food chain. However to our surprise, we were greeted wonderfully by the staff. Truly giving “Service with a smile” vibes. The manager, Xavier was friendly, and made the atmosphere feel better. Giving recommendations and his favourite items, making it appealing to want to come back and try more items on the menu. Overall a good experience, so good that my brother wanted to invite Xavier, to his wedding.
