I sat here at a booth waiting for like 10 minutes. I looked inside and two women are just sitting on the ground. She tells me the booth is not working. The. She says none of them work and I can’t order. I wonder if the owner of the business knows what’s going on.

Waited patiently for a Double smasher for it to come out not even properly smashed or cooked Thoroughly. I was eating noticed the taste was off , as you see it’s too late I consumed a half cooked burger because I Trusted this location. Also I Oder a smasher was charged accordingly but was given 2 regular patties as u can see in picture as well with the receipt!

Slow service. Staff saw that I was parked in front of a cone and no one told me that those monitors did not work. Unfortunately, I didn't see the cone when I pulled in. The screen kept on telling me they would be with me within minutes, so I waited....a long time .....too long. About 20-30 minutes to get 2 pretzels. Great location but without vigilant staff, you will lose lots of potential business .....not a good reason. Sharpen the small staff you have.....PERIOD!!
