Once again , I feel I was over charged .your drink comes with a meal .but I wanted a mocha frappé. So I paid 4.39 for a frappe. But if I'm paying full price for a frappe shouldn't I have also received the drink that came with the meal.? After paying 46.oo for 3.5 people .I drove to 2 empty windows and pulled to the side and had to go in for food ...in addition a 20 PC nugget co.mes in 2 10 PC boxes ..ours had 10 in 1 and 5 in the other .after6 calls with no answer I gave up and said OH WELL. I DO like McDonald's. But there's no reason for the Xtra cost and shortage on my order .they weren't busy

If you don't go during dinner hrs you always get old stale fries and nuggets and they have bad habbit of giving iced coffees as the mocha machiato definitely don't suggest going to inless eating in to get ur food rite and fresh

Ordered breakfast pickup around 10:15, get to the drive-thru at 10:25, breakfast closes at 10:30 and I'm the 3rd car back. Takes 12 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me to be cleared and I get to the speaker at 10:37, I already paid and ordered on the app. They tell me they can't send it through and I've wasted half an hour of my life and still don't have breakfast. This sucks.
