We stopped by to get a cherry limeade. We ordered through the app to get the half price drinks. We ordered the Route 44 cherry limeade. When our items were brought to us, we were told that they did not have Route 44 cups and that they were out of large lids. When we tried to address the situation, the worker walked away from us and told us she had things to do and kept walking away from us. So we paid for Route 44- got a large- and no offer of any money back to make it correct. We decided not to approach it again and went on our way. See ya later Sonic- I will not be back to this one in Athens anytime soon!

i stopped by here on the way home to get myself, my son, and 2 sisters something to eat. there was no one in line when we got there so it wasn’t busy. we waited easily 25 minutes. once we got home (we live not even 5 minutes away) the food was not even fresh (considering we waited 25 minutes it should have been fresh) and the large chili cheese fry i ordered wasn’t even a full large order, picture below for reference. don’t think i will be back here.

Me and my wife went through the drive through to get 2 milkshakes. We had to pull around to place our order because you couldn't hear him. My wife asked what flavors did they have and the guy said what do you mean we only got one flavor. The feeling he put off to us was we were a inconvenience and didn't want to help us. We will not be back.
