I frequent this McDonald’s a lot due to its proximity to me, so im disappointed to have to write this review. i found a hair in the middle of my chocolate chip cookie. This is not the first time i have found hair in my food from here. You cannot call them to inform them. Please ensure all your employees are wearing hairnets/it’s a clean kitchen, because this is ridiculous. I’m not able to finish my meals sometimes, as this happens quite a lot.

Can we say “AMAZING”! I came to the drive thru on Saturday night around 12:00 am and the staff was so nice… the lady that took my order recommended a meal to me when I was ordering everything separately then I asked the guy if he could put my meal in a happy meal box. And he did and it made me so happy, I felt like a kid again!! I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in probably a decade… I appreciate the warmth (especially because I don’t remember McDonald’s employees to be so nice) but I’m happy this is a new found happiness, thank you guys…

I will NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! I placed a mobile order, the sticker from the mobile order is correct. However my food is WRONG AND CONTAMINATED. Pork makes me SICK (vomit and diarrhea) , which is why I specifically ordered steak. Due to the hurricane this restaurant is 30mins away so I called for a refund. After calling the store over 5times I finally get an answer. The employee listens to my entire complaint and then hangs up on me. Then turned off the phone lines. And if you use the McDonald’s app you know there is no way to dispute a wrong order.
