I stopped for a cup or two(2) coffee. The staff was proficient in handling their duties. They acknowledged me as we moved in each other's space. This does not happen at most places as often as it should! That is greatly appreciated and expected. Keep up the work.

PHOTO INCLUDED OF THE CUSTOMER THEY ALLOWED TO COME TO WINDOW AND SKIP EVEYONE BECAUSE SHE WOULD PAY CASH, DRIVE THRU EMPLOYEE SAID SHE WILL MAKE HER FOOD. SHE GAVE HER TIP FOR DOING SO. TOOK 45 minutes to receive delivery order Don’t come here at night. Line wrapped around building. Delivery driver wait in line 25 minutes before getting to speaker. Employee eating outside so that we can go in but the doors locked so we go to the drive-through. Employee is arguing with someone over the speaker that comes out of the building and to yell more. People who are trying to order can’t order because they’re only doing Uber and DoorDash orders. Manager was taken out the trash says he’s been here past three hours that he shouldn’t have been after telling him what’s going on and if he can alleviate the issue. They have a third window that they’re not utilizing for drivers to pick up. I’m assuming they just switched over to only Uber and DoorDash pick ups. Don’t come here it’s unprofessional. Heard her tell someone behind me that she’ll make his food since she’s doing the food in the window because she’s going to pay her additional. Like I said do not come here. My persons food is probably cold that I’m about to pick up. Who’s ever over this location running this district in area needs to work on this restaurant.

They do not listen, I come here at the night time and my order was cold and they did not care. I had to ask them to make my food over again, like then when I asked them to make it over they copied the way I ask them to make the food over
