Service was moderate. Didn’t go above and beyond, but didn’t treat us like McDonalds customers. Was however severely disappointed in the portion, and burger quality. Patties were small and burnt, asked for pickle, and got a singular chunk of a sliced dill. As you can see, my sides left nothing to be desired. I remember coming here as a kid, and they gave generous portions. I guess years of generous portions results in the skimpy ones you receive today.

I have never been so disappointed in a cookout experience. I order two trays specifically asking for no tomatoes due to an allergy but the worker taking the order at the drive through couldn’t hear very well due to weather. Given this it also wasn’t busy. I pulled up to the window and asked him to please make sure it said no tomatoes as I was handing over my card. Then who I am assuming to the manager(wearing black and had a black hair net on) told him to stop talking to me and looking at the computer to run my card and I could get over it. She then told me to pull up and they would bring me my food. I was never asked if I wanted sauce, wasn’t given any napkins. And both sandwiches had tomatoes and were not how I tried to order them. That boy deserves a raise for trying to make sure he hadn’t messed up. As for that manager, she needs to re-evaluate how she treats her employees and customers.

They'll be friendly as they actively need your order up. Then when you try to clarify that they got your order they will enthusiastically respond yes while reading back your order then proceed to give you something semi close to what you order but still wrong
