I feel like every time I come here, the service gets worse and worse, which is sad because it's close to my church, and I come here a lot. Last night was just extremely unprofessional. I paid a dollar more than my total and was told they didn’t have change for it. Instead of checking another register or looking before saying this, they just asked if that was okay. It felt like that money might have gone into her pocket at the end of the night. Then, the door was slammed on me while I waited. The employees started talking, dancing, and pushing up against the window. I still hadn’t received my change, and when my food was finally ready, it was dangled in front of me, practically tossed, and the door was slammed again immediately after I grabbed it. It was incredibly unprofessional, and I don’t want to escalate this into a formal complaint. However, the employee who did this looked very similar to a girl we had an issue with a few months ago. That time, she lied to us about Apple Pay not working and kept our card in the back for a long time. It took a manager just five seconds to process our payment on Apple Pay—despite her claiming both Apple Pay and our card weren’t working, when they clearly were.

I haven't been to the cook out in a while, so while I was in my hometown visiting my Mom in the hospital I had a taste for a burger and double fries tray with a cheerwine. My Wife ordered the 2 hot dog tray with cole slaw and fries. I had bun left an no meat, and my Wife said the first hot dog was perfect, but that second one was suspect. The bread was hard, and she had to eat just hot dog. Drinks were in large 32 oz cup, it used to be 20 oz, we didn't need that much soda. The cup was running over, and no effort to cleanup before handing to customer. We are now not wanting cook out for a long time again. I hope they improve, this is not the normal.

Person taking my drive thru order cut me off with my total while I was trying to order more, but that wasn’t a big deal. It did definitely make me feel some kind of way later though when I watched an employee look right at me while she dumped a ramekin of Oreos into my shake without mixing it then handing it to me thinking it was all cool. Pretty lousy service even for fast food standards.
