My family and I visited Sonic on Friday night, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've ever had. My daughter, home from college, ordered a hot dog combo with an additional side of onion rings. After leaving, we realized there was no hot dog in the bun—just an empty bun. When we returned, the first worker took the bun, and then the "manager" came out and rudely claimed that he knew we had already received the hot dog. He refused to replace it or issue a refund, even though we clearly had not gotten what we paid for. Instead, he offered us two medium sodas—which cost more than the hot dog—but this felt more like an insult than a resolution. I later spoke with another manager who, while slightly more professional, still refused to refund the money, claiming the refund “offer” had expired. However, that was never communicated to us initially. Instead, they offered a free meal, which did little to repair the damage caused by their dismissive attitude. As someone in a leadership role myself, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic accountability at this location. Judging by the other low reviews for this Sonic, it's clear that this is not an isolated incident. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend that corporate or the owners reevaluate the team running this location. It's clear changes are needed to restore customer trust.

I visited this establishment on 3/17/25 in the evening, between 7:30-8 p.m. My order consisted of two Sonic burgers, three-piece chicken tenders, and a chili dog with onion and no cheese. However, the young lady who took my order did not inform me that onions were unavailable. Upon receiving my food, I encountered several issues: the drinks were spilling, the burger with only onion and tomato had excessive pickles, and the tenders were inconsistent, with two small crumbs and one large tender. I requested a remake of my order. A young lady approached me to inquire about the issue and I explained that my order was being remade due to errors. Her response was laughter and an unprofessional comment. Nonetheless, I must commend Jordan, the young lady who attended to me, for providing exceptional customer service. Her patience, friendliness, and commitment to ensuring my satisfaction were outstanding. Although the food quality was subpar, earning a 3/10 rating, Jordan's service was exemplary, earning a 100/100 rating.

This used to be a great restaurant but the food now is very low quality. The burgers barely had any cheese, the chicken sandwich was the saddest excuse I've ever seen, and the fries were a step below frozen Grocery store fries. It's been shrinkflated to the point where the management is basically robbing their customers. Enjoy my $36 as it'll be the last bit of money you'll get from me. Absolutely gross and I hope they go out of business!
