Quick pit stop for food. Customer service was great. They don’t say “my pleasure” anymore; I wonder why. Majority of the tables were dirty with food particulars but mostly decent.

I'm going to start off by saying I love Chick-fil-A. Will not be going back to this location though. Every time I go, it is always something wrong. I ordered a shake, and they must have already started to shut the machine down. It tastes like warm milk. The bad thing about it is I ordered three of them. There was nothing cold about it and very watery. Both nuggets I ordered looked and tasted old. My son didn't even eat his. I had three spoon full of macaroni in both containers. I was missing a fry, and the other fry was half full. If they were set to close, they should have done just that. I work too hard for my money to be given scraps. That is not what I paid for. Chick-fil-A is usually always a pleasant experience. This location has always been an issue

Due to an overnight drive with kids, we were the first ones in the door at 6:30 when they opened today. Waited a bit in the parking lot which is no problem. I noticed multiple employees parking in prime spots near the entry rather than the back of the lot. Bad sign from the start. We get in and the dining room was clean and we got seated to mobile order. There was no one at the registers originally. We were greeted and staff was friendly but very frazzled. One poor guy looked like he was doing 15 things. He didn't even notice my water cup was leaking from the bottom when he gave it to me. The food was fine (Chick-fil-A in general has been slacking on portion and quality lately). Thankfully they had bendy straws for my toddler's milk but the wrapper was ripped already so we got another. We sat in a booth by the play area. The play area looked disgusting. There was trash on the floor, the surfaces were dingy (I know a professional service usually cleans the equipment) and the glass walls and door were COVERED in nasty greasy hand prints. Everywhere. #WhoClosedLastNight The men's bathroom was fine but the women's was nasty and one of the stall doors doesn't shut properly. Another peeve of mine is they only had one decent host station with very minimal supplies (we had to ask for plasticware).
