I absolutely hate the food here. The only thing I ever get is the shakes they have and / or a drink. Literally, that's it. They will burn the absolute HELL out of your food. Those burgers are cooked too long and the chicken, too. The chicken grilled is like rubber, and the tenders are just eh. I even worked there once upon a time and the way the burgers are cooked on the grill is not the way a burger should be cooked when it's pertaining to fast food. They either need a new method or maybe it's just this location. The only time I've ever been able to bare their food is when I was drunk and I mean sloppy drunk and I just needed something on my stomach. No other time.

Wait times are horrible plus if you order certain sides you get a little scammed. Got a chicken tender plate with cheese bites and Cajun fries. I got five cheese bites.. I’m not a picky person or am I big eater.. but this seems a little ridiculous to me. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to get this small of a portion is just a reason to choose somewhere else.

While visiting GA last week, I decided to try Cookout as I had heard good things about the selections and prices. The service was good, cashier was very personable. The menu isn’t that extensive but there is something for everyone. The portions are small but the prices are very affordable for a complete meal. The food was very bland. The Cajun chicken sandwich wasn’t Cajun at all but was decent in size. The other items, onion rings and bacon wrap were ok, small serving, but lacked taste. Overall, I paid $8.00 for the combo, which isn’t bad. I just wish the food tasted better.
