I purchased two burritos through the drive thru this evening, one with chicken and the other with beef. I couldn’t even finish a single bite of either. It was cold and the rice was undercooked. It wasn’t edible with hard rice in the burritos. I paid $19, very over priced! They were so bad that I wouldn’t even feed them to my worst enemy. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and I have no intention of returning. If you’re looking for an upset stomach, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and go to Taco Bell instead. And taco bell is no better.

Every time I go there, I order extra beef with my entrée. They always charge me, but Never give me what I pay for. This last time I went I got the nachos extra beef. I paid $10 for an insane amount of chips and refried beans With no extra meat like I paid for. I tried calling multiple times. No one is answering the phone. This is my absolute last time giving this business a chance.

I really like coming to this Del Taco. It reminds me of when we lived in Southern California. 2 chicken soft tacos and 2 cheeseburgers with a large Dr Pepper is the perfect meal. The staff is very friendly as well. You guys do a great job.
