Food was nasty looking got a number 5 and the chicken was very hard and couldn’t even squeeze with my hands,loaded fries were very gross smelt horrible food was overall gross inside was dirty food took way too long to come out and there where 3 people eating for food and they took long for everyone’s food overall a very bad experience do not recommend

I went to this location on Friday 2/28 and the service was HORRIBLE. The first that came out the guys mouth in the drive thru is there is an hr wait and they were not packed at all. I proceeded to order because I figured they may had to cook more need but knew the thin meat for the Krystals did not take a hr to cook. I waited for about 20 minutes thinking my food was about to be fresh. Boy was I wrong my food was COLD. I took the food back inside and requested a refund. The employees were not apologetic at all.

I just frequented the crystals on Victory Dr., Saturday I ordered two chicks with cheese, two chili cheese, pops, and two cheese crystals. I was told to pull forward while my order was being prepared not a big deal. I get my food with all the intentions of giving half of what I ordered to a homeless woman that I frequently visit and take care of her name is Stella I stopped to give her a crystal a check and a chili cheese pop and five dollars cash Into my dismay, I had absolutely no crystals in my bag. I give the poor homeless woman, her chick and her chili cheese pop. I returned back to the establishment to get the two crystals that I had previously ordered left. The establishment went hunting for the homeless woman again could not find her . I returned to work to eat what was left over for me. The patty was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. The wiener on the chili cheese pop wasn’t cooked at all pink and cold, and then the two remaining crystals. I ate, tasted like someone had opened up the bun and dumped about a tablespoon of salt on each one of them, which makes me feel really horrible because I have a head full of teeth , the chick was totally edible. The hotdog I took one bite out of it and it was raw and I took two bites out of the crystal and the sodium was so high give someone a stroke. This poor lady is in very bad condition healthwise and she’s got about two teeth in her head and I feel so horrible About giving her the food. The only thing I felt good about was giving her five dollars. I completely love crystals have since I was a little boy I’m 44 now and the experience I had I will never ever eat at the victory Drive crystals in Columbus, Georgia ever again , you tell me to pull forward so you can complete my order. I only get half of it and everything in that bag was an edible and I’m also a little mad because nothing cheap today. I got six items which came up to $16 and I couldn’t eat any of it on victory Drive count your days
