Chick-fl-a, you all do a lot right, but chicken strips isn’t one. I’ve ordered these in two different locations and have been disappointed each time. The strips are two breaded and greasy. More bread than chicken which holds the grease in. Your customer service is exceptional and I applaud your training.

The chicken in my chicken salad was rotten tasting. I took two bites and asked them for a refund. They said they would only refund the base price for a salad but not the chicken. Doesn’t make sense to me. Also, last week I got trapped in their drive through so long that I was late to work, even though I was like 15 min early. Nowhere near as good of service as a typical chicfila

I ordered chicken noodle soup on my app as I usually do when I’m sick. There is absolutely NO chicken in my soup!! Not even the shreds. I was disappointed but the taste was good just no chicken. Please fix chick fil a!!
