It was good fast food that was inexpensive. The menu is a bit confusing for a first timer but the employees were nice. I would say it's a bit nicer than a McDonalds food wise other than the fries in my opinion. They did have a great selection of shakes that I would have to say was amazing something like 42 varieties.

Burgers over cooked and not hot. Also, the double burger was supposed to be 1/4 of meat. Photo shows it was not that much beef. Bun was mediocre. Shake was great. This store was dirty. Sticky substance at the counter on the floor where you have stand to order food. My wifes 1/4 lb burger was an 1/8 lb patty. Service was real bad. The cook only served part of the order and i observed the cashier ask her to finish the order, he even showed her the ticket. She gave him attitude and walked away, so the cashier had to leave the register and finish our order. I hope she did not do that because i was a white male, especially since she was black. The drink machine sounded like a lawn mower. Paper towels in the urinal in the mens room. Plenty of toilet paper all over the floor. Dirty tables. Won't visit a cook out again for a long time. Do not recommend they try to expand into FL until they get managing a store down pat. They would not make it in a competitve market.

I love cook outs. This one should be ashamed . Meat was cold raw and nasty. Even the fries were cold. The dog liked it though. First time I ever had a bad meal on the road with them. You need to go to cook outs. They are good. Just don't know what is going on at this one.
