If I could give it a zero I would the food was horrible I only came here because I was getting a breakfast plate for my mom. I decided to get something to eat for me and my husband as well. Bread was burnt and stale. Tasteless food wish I seen these reviews first before going.Will never return to Krystal

The lady that took my order in the fast food line was one of the most rude individuals I've ever dealt with in fast food. If you don't like your job then quit honey. It's not the customers fault you made the choices you did in life.

I first want to give credit where it's due🙌. The young black woman who took our order was so courteous😃. They're not to blame when you get inedible food😕! She was very nice. Now, ➡️ the two sausage breakfast scramblers were sad! My husband and I ordered one with an extra sausage patty. They literally gave us old burnt patties. Now, it shows a lot of how much ppl really care about the service they're providing, to literally give customers old food! I don't care how busy you are, always treat ppl how you'd like to be treated and served! We rarely eat from this location anyways, but was in the area on business, and decided to stop by for breakfast on the way home! We would have gladly waited for fresh sausages, but NO....real customer service is lacking so bad these days, it's no wonder so many restaurants are closing their doors for good. ➡️ Do better by your customers please! Take advantage of feedback the customers provide, so that you can in turn, improve your services and keep customers coming back! We provide this free of charge.😠
