Did online order for pickup food was NOT FRESH! Chicken sandwich was so old and dried out I couldn’t even chew it, fries weren’t fries either. Very disappointed!

Don’t eat at Arby’s often but had a craving for their roast beef slider. Store is very clean. Staff doing a great job with customer service and speed.

I have to share that I had such a great experience here! I came in to order lunch for the team so quite a bit of food. It was prepared extremely quickly, correctly and they even helped bring it out to my car! Don't know if you'll ever read this, but special thanks to Mr. "Happy" Gilmore for your courteous service and kindness. Who knew picking up lunch would be the highlight of my day!
